2-For the peppers: Warmth the oil in a medium saute skillet over medium-high warmth. When hot, include the onions and saute until translucent, around 3 minutes. Add the peppers and keep on cooking to simply get a little shading on the vegetables, around 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and saute until only fragrant, around 30 seconds. Expel from the warmth and save.
3-For the catfish: Take four 12-by 12-inch sheets of material paper and spot on a perfect work surface. Working with each parcel in turn, start by collapsing a bit of material paper into equal parts to make a wrinkle down the center. Open it back up and spoon around 1/3 cup of sauteed peppers and onions onto the center of the material paper. Spot a filet of fish on top. Shower 2 tablespoons of the marinade over the top and sprinkle with salt, pepper and a touch of paprika for shading. Overlay the material back over the fish to encase. Working from one corner and around the fish to the next corner, make little overlays that cover each other so the parcel gets firmly fixed. Keep on collapsing wrinkle over wrinkle until the parcel is fixed. Fold the last overlap under the bundle to hold set up.
4-Rehash with every one of the four bundles, and afterward place on a sheet plate and into the stove. Heat until the bundles puff up totally, 10 to 12 minutes.
5-To serve: Open the material parcel tops with scissors and enhancement with parsley, scallions and lemon wheels.
