Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast, boneless
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
3/4 cup sour cream
3 jalapeno pepper, sliced
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz cheddar cheese
Directions:
add chicken, jalapeno, water, and cream cheese into the instant pot.
Seal pot with lid and cook on manual high pressure for 12 minutes.
Once done then release pressure using the quick-release method than open the lid.
Stir in cream and cheddar cheese.
Transfer instant pot mixture to the baking dish and top with breadcrumbs and broil for 2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
