Beef Curry Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lbs. beef steak; cubed



2 yellow onions; chopped



2 garlic cloves; minced



10 oz. canned coconut milk



2 tbsp. tomato sauce



2 tbsp. olive oil



3 potatoes; cubed



1 tbsp. wine mustard



2 ½ tbsp. curry powder



Salt and black pepper to the taste



Directions:

Heat up а pan that fits your air fryer with the oil over medium high heat, add onions and garlic; stir and cook for 4 minutes.



Add potatoes and mustard; stir and cook for 1 minute.


Add beef, curry powder, salt, pepper, coconut milk and tomato sauce; stir, transfer to your air fryer and cook at 360 °F, for 40 minutes. Divide into bowls and serve.
